Our College

FCI Institute of Management, Dehradun conducts the practical for refining the skills of the students in various subjects like F & B, Front Office, and Food Production. The institute bears the expenses of all practicals. In the cookery practical all types of cuisine from Indian, Chinese, Continental, Bakery and Tandoor are covered.

FCI Institute of Management, tries to improve the personality of each student and work hard for the students. It prepares the students in such a way that not only feel satisfaction after joining this institute but also quenches the thirst of the industry. FCI conducts regular examination for the students so that the students get regular review of their progress and their parents are taken into the confidence for knowledge of their ward progress. besides all this FCI is the only institute which gives regular feed back to the parents about the progress of their ward by sending monthly progress reports.

Extra curricular activities:-


The institute regularly conducts quiz competitions, out door activities, food festivals, carving competitions, mocktails competitions, picnics etc, in which students are selected from every batch and the winners are given prize, this helps to develop communication skill in them, interactive debate competition also take place regularly. Every morning, assembly is held wherein the students are told to speak thought of the day & morning news. FCI Institute of Management also participate in various melas. Every year 9th September is the Annual day of FCI Institute of Management, in which students of institute perform different activities like dancing, singing and plays.

Feedback:-


Every day, one student of every batch gives feedback to the administrative office as if the students understood the topics covered. If any students have any problem in any topic, he/she has free access to faculty, who is always ready to take on their problem any time. The problems of the students are also considered and sought out at administrative office under the guidance of Principal.

Industrial Training


To send the students for industrial training of six months is responsibility of the institute. If a student is sincere in studies, then institute sends them to some of most reputed star properties of India. After their industrial training, they get certificate from the industry and when submitted to institute, the diploma is given after the annual examination subject to passing the examinations. The examinations are generally taken before the students are sent for training so that in case students get a job immediately after training the students can join.

In a single batch, only 15 students are included so that every student could be given personal attention.
